Ross Buehler Falk is proud to announce the availability of a Client Login for the secure transfer of information. You can exchange files, download documents and more from any high-speed Internet connection.

Our Client Login utilizes state-of-the-art security with built in redundancy and 128-bit encryption. This method of document exchange is much more secure than via e-mail.

YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THESE CLIENT LOGIN TERMS BEFORE USING THE CLIENT LOGIN.

Ross Buehler Falk & Company, LLP (hereinafter "RBF"), in connection with its third-party licensors, provides access and use of this Client Login subject to your agreement to these Client Login Terms (the "Terms"). You should have already signed a formal engagement letter ("Engagement letter") with RBF or are a third party user that the client consented to use of the Client Login by the third party. These Terms, and the terms and conditions of the Mandatory Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which are expressly incorporated herein by reference, supplement any other agreement you have with RBF and govern the relationship between RBF and you, the Visitor, with respect to your use of the Client Login. YOUR USE OF THE CLIENT LOGIN BINDS YOU TO THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to these Terms, the Mandatory Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, you may not use the Client Login.

As used in this Agreement, the words "you" and "your" refer to any person accessing the RBF Website. The words "we," "us," and "our" refer to RBF. All definitions from the Mandatory Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are incorporated herein. The terms and definitions in these Terms govern to the extent that any term of definition in such agreements conflicts with a term or definition in these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility to use the Client Login is not automatic, and all decisions regarding your eligibility to utilize the Client Login section of the Website are made solely and exclusively in the discretion of RBF. You agree not to contest any eligibility determination made by RBF. As guidance, you must be a current client of RBF and have entered into a engagement letter with RBF to be eligible to use the Client Login either for your use or to communicate with third parties.

USE OF THE CLIENT LOGIN
The client Login is provided as a convenient way for authorized users to access documents related to services being provided to you by RBF. Upon your request, RBF may upload your documents in RBF's possession to your account. You may also upload documents to your Client Login account through Website functionality, but you may only upload documents related to services being provided to you by RBF. The Client Login may not be used to back-up ordinary materials or other records.
Client Login accounts are allotted limited space for the storage of materials, and RBF is under no obligation to provide you with additional space if you exhaust your storage space.

If you direct or have previously directed RBF, via e-mail, phone or other method, to upload material to your account, or if you upload or have previously uploaded material to your account, you hereby consent to the transmission, storage and processing of such material by RBF and by RBF's third-party information technology service provider.

RBF is under no obligation to maintain the Client Login or any material that you submit, post or make available to the Client Login RBF reserves the right to withhold, remove and/or discard any such material in the Client Login with or without notice at any time.

SECURITY OF PASSWORD
In accordance with the Mandatory Terms of Use, You may not share any password or access to any area of the Website granted to you by RBF with any other person. You must keep your user password and any other information needed to log-in to the Client Login confidential and secure. RBF is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account or profile by other Website visitors and any ramifications of such access. However, under confirmed unauthorized use circumstances, RBF may take reasonable efforts with reasonable speed, to disable, lock or otherwise address your situation.
